Delivery and payment terms at ERY Food Machinery
The costs and delivery timelines for the machine are negotiated and confirmed with the customer each time.
The delivery of the equipment is based on the International Trade Rules: INCOTERMS 2010 under the terms and conditions: FCA
Conditions: FCA
“The seller shall bear the costs of transport, loading and insurance until the goods are handed over to the first carrier, designated by the buyer, at the named place. The goods are deemed to have been delivered when they are loaded by the carrier, at which point the risk of damage or loss of the goods is transferred to the buyer.”
The standard delivery process includes dispatch from the central warehouse in the Netherlands to the customer’s specified location.
Payment terms:
The order is considered accepted once the buyer pays a deposit for the machine or equipment.
