Thanks to the constant research and to the consolidated experience of ILPRA, the new Easyform model has been improved both in design and components: the forming moulds and sealing are now of new conception.

Also, the working area, which has been enlarged compared to the previous Easyform version, is now more performing and allows high production capacities.

The machine is an excellent packaging solution for the food and medical sectors. Like all ILPRA models, the new Easyform can be customized with various accessories, its start-up and program management is extremely intuitive and immediate.

The R105 thermoforming packaging machine is a needs-based pre-configured model. It is distinguished by its minimal space requirement and attractive price/performance ratio.

Multivac R140 thermoformer from 2005.

High-performance machine with compact dimensions so this machine can easily be fitted into (existing) production lines.

This Multivac is a soft-film machine.
Comes with 3 different moulds. The depth can be adjusted to make the mould shallow or deeper depending on the requirements.

With the large vacuum pump installed this machine is plug-and-play and can be easily set-up through the display.

The Multivac R 175 CD Thermoformer is a compact machine for lower to medium range vacuum skin packaging (VSP) applications. It offers a comprehensive range of options and sets new standards in reliability, hygienic design and durability. The Multivac R 175 CD Thermoformer has many features, including durable stainless steel construction, patented hygienic chain guide design, industry-leading hygienic design, full wash-down capability, comprehensive safety systems, open architecture IPC control system, touch screen control panel, production data acquisition and storage, state-of-the-art electric lifting systems, flexibility in use of materials, cutting systems and format.

The DARFRESH packaging process uses specially formulated top and bottom webs to create a vacuum skin consumer pack that fits around the product like a second skin. The top shrink web wraps itself firmly but gently around every contour of the product without distorting its shape.  The bottom and top webs are then heat-sealed together right up to the product’s edges to produce a securely and hygienically sealed pack The result is a tray with a high vacuum that guarantees a long shelf life with a practically invisible top web that surrounds the product like a second skin, giving it a natural look for maximum merchandising appeal with total surface sealing that prevents juice migration and keeps surface decoration securely in place.

The R 515 thermoforming packaging machine is suitable for the packaging of fresh meat in flexible film. It achieves high output and the reliable and efficient packaging of fresh meat products.

The great advantage of this machine is that it has 2 forming stations with a stroke length of 275mm and 400mm. Therefore, the time to change formats is reduced to a minimum.

The machine will be delivered with 7 forms so it can support a wide range of products.

     Thermoformer Multivac R145 – 2009

     The R 145 is the freely configurable model within the sector of compact thermoforming packaging machines. Thanks to an extension of the equipment range, the R 145 enables high output and quick format change to be achieved, as well as making individual pack design possible – right up to the efficient production of shaped contour packs or portion packs.

     Compact thermoforming packaging machines from MULTIVAC process flexible and rigid film with a thickness of up to 500 µm. They provide a maximum forming depth of up to 130 mm.

     In terms of performance the R 145 has much to offer: its lifting systems are equipped with higher closing pressures and the sealing station was designed such that an even more precise temperature distribution over the whole sealing surface is assured. By these means pack seals with higher peel strengths are generated, which in turn ensures that maximum seal quality and pack integrity are assured. In addition the R 145 is very flexible when it comes to the use of different packaging materials. Both flexible and semi-rigid materials as well as aluminium laminates can be run on the machine. The R 145 can reach up to 15 cycles/min.
