Bizerba A510 Automatic Industrial Slicer

The Bizerba A510 is fully automatic and has a scale. The product to be inserted shall be brought in accordance with the programmes to be set, cut and stacked or folded into a tile on a conveyor belt divided into portions. Product holders allow you to place several products side by side.

Products authorised for slicing with respect to their dimensions 600 x 210 x 180mm (length x width x high) are cold cuts of all kinds, ham, bacon, smoked meat, roast, rostbef, rolls, yellow cheese.

The Bizerba A510 automatic machine can be used in continuous mode.
