Guillotine for cutting frozen meat and other types of frozen blocks such as frozen fish blocks, frozen blocks of vegetables and fruits to minus 20 degrees Celsius.

The Ruhle guillotine achieves a capacity of up to 3000 kg/h and has also been adapted for inclusion in the technological line.

The device has been equipped with 4 vertical cutting knives, which allows fine shredded cut block.

A separate container for felling and very accurate feeding of the trolley to the finished product minimizes the loss of raw material.
